Is there any testimonials from the factories which have installed Axis Foil.

Is there any warranty against and for how long?

The warranty is for 10 years under roofing (i.e. sheltered)

and without exposure to direct sunlight and/ or direct rain.

Corrosive from weather – Due to drastic weather changes.

No. Direct exposure to sun and rain has the effect of

causing the aluminum foil to crack and flake off.

Acidic fumes – From surrounding industrial area.

The acidic fumes generated within the factory will likely

corrode the aluminum foil. However, acidic fumes in the

general vicinity would have minimal effect on the

sheltered Axis Foil.

Bubble burst – Due to extreme heat form the sun over

long period of time.

Bubbles will not burst with temperature increase as it is

able to withstand up to 80°C. However as air temperature

increase, the air within the bubble does expand and would

stretch the bubble film. Upon air cooling down the air

within the film bubble would contract and the bubble would

appear collapsed somewhat.

Oxidizations – Due to long time.

Oxidation would occur with the aluminum and a very thin

skin of aluminum oxide would coat the aluminum.

However, as aluminum oxide is impervious and therefore

no further penetration of water and oxygen is possible

resulting in no further oxidation. Unlike ferrous oxide which

is previous and therefore there is always oxidation going on

within in spite of a coat of rust on the surface. The polyolefin

used in the bubble film is absolutely not subjected to any

oxidation

What is the manpower cost require to maintain the Axis

Foil.

No maintenance is required.

Is there any technical warranty on the heat reduction

(documented in degrees and figures).

Technical warranty on heat reduction is indeed most difficult

to define as it varies with location, types of structures,

materials used for the structures etc. However, studies

done by western universities obtain results of DOWN HEAT

FLOW being about 90% from radiant heat and SIDE HEAT

FLOW being 60% also from radiant heat. As Axis Foil is a

perfect radiant heat barrier, there should be very little

Radiant Heat penetration and thereby significant reduction

of radiant heat absorption by our bodies. All objects inside

the homes too will have no/ very little radiant heat to absorb

and then have little absorbed heat to transfer to the air by

conduction and convection.

Is the Axis Foil pest free, as rodents bite through almost

any thing.

Axis Foil by itself has no nutritional value and will not attract

pest / rodents from that perspective. However, as rodents

tend to bite anything that gets in heir way, it is possible that

they could bite into it. The taste of aluminum though,

would likely be distasteful and deter further consumption.
